Oversee daily operations and growth of Specialty Services & Teams and ensures quality standards and job specifications are met along with 100% compliance of all company guidelines, policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·         Supervise field staff, hiring of new staff as required
·         Create and manage appropriate paperwork, policies and procedures
·         Assist our sales team in planning, scheduling and budgeting projects
·         Inventory control of all department equipment, supplies and vehicles
·         Manage and maintain project budget
·         Ensure projects are completed on time & complete post project inspections
·         Follow up on work progress and problem solving throughout the day
·         Maintain happy, positive, long term customer relationships
·         Verify and submit accurate Job Documentation – Timesheets & Work Orders, etc.
·         Operate and train staff on power equipment (vacuums, buffers, auto scrubbers, etc.)
·         Ensure all tools, supplies and equipment are in working order, cleaned and maintained
·         Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures & safety regulations
·         Contribute physical labor to fulfill job specifications as needed
