WHAT DO YOU GET IN YOUR SERVICE?
PROFESSIONAL SNOW CLEARING OF ALL FRESH SNOWFALL FROM AREAS SPECIFIED
Typical areas cleared include city sidewalk, front walkway & stairs, side & back walkway for detached gerage, houses or gardens.
Daily snow falls, in excess of 1 cm and up to 10 cm, are cleared once within 24 hours after the snow fall ends….BUT …Our goal is to have it all cleared within 12 hours whenever possible!
URBANCORE CREWS WILL EVALUATE
SNOW LEVELS AT 5:00 AM AND AT 12:00 PM DAILY.
If snow has come down in the hours prior to 5 am, it will be cleared during that morning’s snow route run which starts at 5:30 am for Commercial clients, and 7:00 am for residential clients. Clients will be serviced in consecutive order starting at that time.
If snow only starts coming down after 5:00 am, it will be cleared during that afternoon’s snow run, which starts at 12:30 pm. Clients will be serviced in consecutive order starting at that time.
In the event of a client having received a morning run but wanting an additional visit to their property in the afternoon, this will be considered an Additional Snow Run and charges may apply.

WHAT SERVICE PLANS DO YOU OFFER?
Monthly Plan | Set up this plan and forget about the snow!
Monthly flat rate, allows you to plan a firm budget for your snow removal needs, knowing that no matter how many snow days come each month, you can count on 1 price. Depending on the number of days any given month, you can get up to 31 daily snow removals included in one flat rate! *
Pay-As-You-Go | If there is no snow, there is no cost!
Continual Service Plan, designed to have you pay only for the work that is done. Daily snow falls, in excess of 1cm and up to 10 cm, are cleared once within 24 hours after the snow fall ends. Don’t pay unless you have to.*
Additional Snow Runs | Additional afternoon snow runs fall under this category for Monthly clients.
Not satisfied with just a morning run? No problem, go above and beyond and sign up for additional afternoon snow runs as part of your continuous service plan.
On-Call Service | Have us fill-in, when you can’t!
One-time service calls, to suit your last minute needs. Order as needed through our email or by phone. Order when you want, where you want, and the snow clearing will be completed within 24 hours of receiving the request! Daily snowfall, in excess of 1 cm and up to 10 cm.*
SNOW PLOWING & SANDING
At Urbancore Cleaning can clear you commercial and residential parking lots with our Plowing and Sanding services.
We have the right tools for the job!
We understand that timing is very important to business owners. We ensure all lots are cleared in our overnight shifts, leaving your customers or tenants a freshly cleared lot to drive onto in the morning. Daily snowfalls over 5cm are cleared that very night and nightly once per 24 hours if the Snowfall Event continues with accumulations of 5cm or more.
